Overview

In some narrow cases, automated PR merging can save time while still being reliable. A "lights-out PR" is one created and merged automatically. Mocha should support lights-out PRs in narrow cases like minor version updates to existing dependencies.

• All tests must pass
• Only Renovate-created minor version dependency updates
• Blocklist certain "grouped" dependencies like Astro?
