Minor Update for NG Extension Manager

This is a very small update and does not warrant a new version number.

New Changes

• [Design] Updated several elements in the light theme design system.
• [Link Feature] Enhanced protection against insecure protocols and XSS attacks.
• [Link Feature] Improved design for a more compact and organized appearance.
• [Link Feature] Enhanced user-friendliness.
• [Fonts] Instead of using @import, font files are now included in the download. Note: This change requires more storage space than some other recent features. We recommend reserving at least 15 MB for NG Extension Manager, which currently requires about 4.7 MB of your storage.
• [Custom Context Menu] The custom context menu can no longer be disabled (for now).
• [Custom Context Menu] Settings for the custom context menu have been removed.
• [Custom Context Menu] Updated the design.
• [Custom Context Menu] Added a new option "Open DevTools." The Pin/Unpin Tab option has been replaced and removed.
• [Custom DevTools] We are currently developing our custom DevTools. Although the code is available, it cannot be opened at this time. We are aware of this issue and will address it in a future update.

New Features

• [Offline Mode] We now support offline mode almost fully, allowing you to continue using the extension without blocking your online connection.
