Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Support HTTP streamable sessions to comply with merged RFC:
modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol#206

Describe the solution you'd like
I haven't read the entirety of the RFC or what the other SDKs are doing since this only happened yesterday, but this may need to be a breaking change or a series of breaking changes in order to support and eventually deprecate SSE which is the intent of the RFC.
