Please delete the server entry press.respira/respira-wordpress (v5.3.1).

Reason

This entry was published with a DNS-based signing key that has since been lost. The canonical entry is now io.github.webmyc/respira-wordpress (v5.5.3), published via GitHub OIDC authentication.

Both entries point to the same npm package (@respira/wordpress-mcp-server) and the same product (respira.press). Having two entries causes confusion for users searching the registry.
