[BUG] Image insert tool goes off the page

Describe the bug

Browser: Vivaldi

When attempting to add a photo onto a plugin description, the image preview makes the "Insert" button completely unavailable as it has been pushed off of the page. It is only accessible by changing the zoom scale on the website to around 70%.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a text box field with markdown support
2. Use the image insert tool
3. Upload an image of considerable size

Expected behavior

The insert button being accessible
