macos use createRemoteAppComponent sometime can not load remote file.

Describe the bug

"@module-federation/bridge-react": "2.3.1",
"@module-federation/enhanced": "2.3.1",

use createRemoteAppComponent create react bridge component, will work fine in Chrome and IOS safari,
but will meet error in macos safari sometime, even after refreshing the browser, i occasionally encounter this issue.

and we can find this file in developer tools source tab, and if we disable cache will work fine.
