Bug Report
Current Behavior
Using Cursor, all connection strings I had saved have disappeared in the plugin UI
I can't add a new one, clicking Add Connection causes error
Error running command mdb.addConnection: command 'mdb.addConnection' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes mdb.addConnection.
Code/Gist
Expected Behavior/Code
To see existing saved connections and be able to add new ones

Possible Solution
Workaround for now has been to roll back to 1.8.1 even though this was working as recently as a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I can't recall the exact date when it was last working, I sometimes only use the plugin every few weeks.
Additional Context/Screenshots
Rolled back to 1.8.1 ✅

Rolled forward to 1.16.0 ❌
