Track improvements to SkiaSharp test infrastructure for the 4.148.x release cycle. The Ganesh → Graphite transition requires stronger visual regression detection and broader platform coverage.
Done when: Pixel comparison suite running in CI, Graphite rendering validated against Ganesh baselines.
