Where individual lines were delivered to different consignees, that information reaches the recipient even though the standard has no structured place for it below document level.

Acceptance criteria

• A line consignee that differs from the document-level one is emitted as a line note
• Lines matching the document-level consignee produce no note
• All line consignees remain fully stored and displayed regardless of what is transmitted
• Lines whose consignee was never captured produce no note rather than an empty one
• The line note carries no subject code, which the profile forbids on a line note
• The generated artifact stays conformant in every supported profile
