There's some confusion between "Ready" and "Not Ready Yet" columns within the Pontoon team. Some ideas popped up:
- Rename "Ready" column to "Backlog".
- Introduce additional "needs X" labels (e.g. "needs design") and make sure each issue in the "Not Rady Yet" column has at least one.
- Such "Not Ready Yet" column could then be deprecated and items would be moved to "Backlog".
