Implement the function LI in VIPInterface.sh:

  • understand the AnnData object, how to extract the gene names
  • connect to OMERO
    • should probably establish a connection session once and reuse the token, but here, establish the connection and grab image
      in one go
  • get pixels
  • render as img
  • or get fpimageviewer window open
