Support validate from CLI

### What's your idea?

Hello! I'm working to automate scheduled backups. I noticed there is a validate button in the GUI, but I can't find an equivalent option in the CLI. 

I'd love to be able to automate validation tasks too, ideally with "API" support so that I can have a scheduled task parse the JSON and report any errors.
