[data grid] Remove blank row from a group

Summary

When a group is collapsed, the aggregations show for the group and this makes sense. When the group is expanded and you have set the aggregations to show in the footer. This leaves the top row of the group completely empty. When showing a lot of rows, this can cause a lot of wasted space, especially when, for us at least, we have a lot of groups and they are expanded by default.

We would like to have the ability to show the data "moved up" so that the first row of the group is shown in that top row, and subsequent rows below it as normal so we don't have "gaps" with no information.

Motivation

We are showing a lot of grouped data in our reports, there aren't many rows within each group, but we also like to show the aggregations within the groups, but we have all the groups open by default. This causes a lot of "white space" in our reports. We like the look of the groups and we like the aggregations, but this white space is causing our reports to be longer than necessary for our users.
