Error with timestamp() function when created is passed as argument

I am using 2.4.0 with python 3 on fedora 27

With first debug, since my script set created in UsernameToken object, its possible the type of property.

get_timestamp() allows pass date argument, there is an issue here:

• replace() function with datetime.datetime format is assumed but when created arg could come as string and replace raise the error.

Possible solutions:

• casting inside get_timestamp()
• raise and error if type is not the allowed

This issue may be related to the one I raised a while back: #601. I found another related issue as well: #642 (to which I posted comment as well).

DateTime issue should be escalated and resolved soon, I have provided solution in the last comment to #601...
