support OpenAI TTS compatible API to leverage self-hosted TTS models

Several open-source TTS models have recently emerged, demostrating impressive performance and quality. One notable example is Kokoro, which is ideal for self-hosting. Additionally, there are wrapper projects like Kokoro-FastAPI that expose it as an OpenAI TTS-compatible API.

I’m not suggesting that every single model should be supported. Rather, I hope that Page-Assist will adopt the OpenAI TTS-compatible API to leverage these self-hosted TTS models effectively.
