Problem with RTX 5090 !!! Not Working !!

Hello i have a problem with iw3 and my rtx 5090. When i convert a movies ist uses my CPU nor my GPU? in the image you can see it and my settings

i have Cuda 12.8 installed and try some stuff that did not workout :( my system CPU AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16 Core, 128 GB Ram and a Gigabyte RTX 5090 Auros Extreme GPU. Mabe some one can help me get this working. Thanks you all for your help ......

Is it working fine and only the GPU usage looks low?
That is a problem where Windows Task Manager does not show GPU usage correctly.
