Team list on frontpage not updated after creating a team

After creating a new team, you're redirected to the team page. If you move back by clicking the logo, the list does not contain the newly created team.

This can be done either by reloading the list when entering the site, or using https://houdinigraphql.com/api/graphql-magic#list-operations
