When updating via

scoop update naisdevice

the process asks for admin password.

After cancelling, because you don't remember the password, scoop finishes the update successfully anyway.

When retrying scoop thinks the latest version allready is installed.

Installing 'naisdevice' (2024-12-17-134944) [64bit] from 'nais' bucket
Loading naisdevice.exe from cache

'naisdevice' (2024-12-17-134944) was installed successfully!

C:\>scoop update naisdevice
naisdevice: 2024-12-17-134944 (latest version)
Latest versions for all apps are installed! For more information try 'scoop status'

This feels like a scoop problem, but we're not very advanced scoop users, so could be something missing in our app manifest.

We are probably not going to spend a lot of time looking into this, as we don't currently have anyone using Windows 😬.

Feel free to suggest a PR to the manifest if you know how to solve this.
