Tenant clusters and metadata during generation #734
Description
It would be beneficial to have a little more information about tenant environments and corresponding metadata when building the docs. Several places the docs need to be hard coded for a specific tenant, the worst offender is docs/workloads/reference/environments.md but several other places we need to do this when listing endpoints for different clusters.
