Extra Thread for Fileoperations (independent of Chat, Message activities) #3

Would be nice if the Server could handle file operations seperately in an extra Thread. For example on my Server I have mounted some Webdrives via SSHFS. The listing of these could be a little Bit slow. In this Time I can´t chat and must wait until the File-Listing is done.
