Description:

When opening a pre-existing burp session file, I open Logger++ and click the "Import Burp Proxy History". When I look at the logs they are all 1969/31/12 17:00:00

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open pre-existing burp session.
2. Go to Logger++ Tab, chose Options
3. Click "Import Burp Proxy History"
4. View Logs

Expected behavior:

I expect the timestamp on the logs to match the Proxy History timestamps
