UI Browser Version is failing after chunking in Professional Instance - Free Instance seems to still work

I have consistently had the model not get past the chunking step and it is not assigning entities beyond the first round of chunking of the text. There does not seem to be the same issue when using my free instance though.

I figured this could be due to something with the need to re-index, but I also tried that.

Hi @johnaffolter Can you please give more details on which instance you getting this error and can you elaborate more on the error trace

It does not work on the professional instance I have to do the entity extraction. It only works until it chunks the data then fails.

It will run until it chunks the data and the nodes for the chunks and then fails
