Allow parameter lists in shared dashboard querystring #1058
Description
To be able to pass arguments to a where x in $neodash_parametername, values need to be passed in the parameter as an array.
We need an extension to the naming convention for parameters for that, because we need to know if we need to pass the parameter as a single value or array of values.
In my solution i chose '$neodash_list_'
