the draft could benefit from supporting the modeling of unexpected bmp tlv types. a Generic/Unknown/Other "GUO" tlv option with raw bytes as value would prevent losing data when bmp data is converted to yang by a process that isn't up to date yet. those GUO tlvs could then be converted back to their actual value after the fact
