sync quad signal at onset of first trial is different from signal on subsequent trials #62

In the reset-sync-signal branch the sync signal goes from low to high at onset of all trials except the first one.
Differences:

Can be either high or low before the trial
Change does not align with trial onset

I think this may depend on whether this is the first experiment that has been run since workflow has been started.
