Avatars of user mentions are sometimes mixed up #4999

As reported on our instance it seems there are cases where the avatas of two users in their mention in text are sometimes mixed up. When reloading the page the right avatar is showing up.

Thinking about it I remember also seeing this in other parts at some point. Not sure if that might be a vue component issue?

I haven't been able to reproduce this and this seems to have been the only report so let's close this for now
