Make HttpRequest when the response is changed

Hi, i'm using this library in my project and i would like to get it working for a scenario when i'm caching the response with localStorage and next time user reloads the page there's an update to the http response, how do the library can update the cache in this case? here's my code:

   return this.http.get(ApiEndpoints.getRoles, {
      context: withCache({
        version: 'v1',
        key: 'APIRoles',
      })
    }
