Floating windows are inserted in between of every accordion window when focusing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Calculator in an accordion workspace with other windows
2. Switch windows with Option-H,J,K,L

Expected result: Windows cycle in some order
Actual result: The calculator appears in between every other window
