A short summary of what you would like to see in NiBabies.
For visual QC of the subcortical ROI resampling (subcortical_mni_alignment_wf), it would be useful to output a label volume of the resampled-to-atlas ROIs for each volume output space. Should be doable by aggregating the per-ROI volumes from mul_atlas_roi, converting to label volume, then writing it out as a derivative.
