Add recipe inspired by [software carpentry](https://swcarpentry.github.io/git-novice/04-changes.html)

## Ingredients
* avocado
* lemon
* salt

## Instructions
1. mash avocado
2. add lemon juice and salt to taste
3. mix ingredients together

## Serving suggestions
* serve with tortilla chips
* add to tacos
