Can't scroll while downloading a model.

Bug Report

While downloading a model the view is updated causing the list to jump back to the model as it is downloading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Model
2. Download a model.
3. While downloading, try to scroll down and look at more models.

Expected Behavior

People expect to look at other models as they download.

Duplicate of #2943. Your issue was opened earlier, but there have been more users commenting in the other one, thereby it's better, if we close this one. Will hopefully be fixed by #3034.
