Tulu-Tigalari is not planned?

Dear Noto project,

I'm surprised to the wide coverage of Noto fonts, but I didn't find Tulu-Tigalari.
Is it under construction?

Hi, thanks for your interest. I am hoping to have a Noto Tulu Tigalari but there are no plans for its development at present. It's possible we might get it as a collaboration with SEI. I'll update this issue when I hear anything.
