tree.rename to optionally perform git mv

tree.rename should have the option to perform git mv instead of read file > delete file > write new file directly on the filesystem. The latter causes the loss of git history for any renamed files when run as part of migrations, etc. migrate-to-cypress-10, for instance, wipes the commit history for all files after renaming from .spec.ts to .cy.ts.
