feat(ui): implement responsive layout and enhance animations

• Add fluid sizing for assistant button using clamp()
• Tweaked gradient animations for better intersection
• Add mobile view
• Improve button positioning and scaling across devices
• Maintain consistent visual effects across breakpoints

I wasn’t entirely sure what the body style in the button was meant to achieve, so I removed it. I didn’t test it extensively, but the functionality seems to work on my phone. I thought you might want a way to demo it on mobile! :)
