Hello.
In the previous issue (#30) I was advised to wait longer for the balance to be reflected. That time I used "force-refresh" on the wallet and it worked for me.

But now I have a wallet that has several incoming transactions and a positive balance, but nothing is reflected in Nunchuk.

  • The transactions have been made months ago, I doubt that waiting longer may bring any changes
  • The wallet has 10 incoming addresses, 9 of them were used for receiving funds. All of them remain "Unused" in Nunchuk.
  • Force-refresh - no effect
  • Increase gap limit to from 20 to 200 and force-refresh - no effect (it should not, actually, but tried just in case)
  • Export wallet as BSMS, delete and re-import it - no effect
  • Changing electrum server - no effect (returned it to the default one afterwards)

What else can I do for the balance and transactions to be displayed? The balance is reflected in the blockchain, the transactions are quite old and confirmed.

iOS, iPhone 15, latest version

Maybe you tell me how to export some kind of logs or anything that may help detecting the issue?

Hello, any updates here?

Sorry for the late response. If you have too many wallets, the ElectrumX server may throttle or block your IP address, causing Nunchuk to slow down or fail to load transactions. You can verify this by moving your wallet to another device and using a different Wi-Fi or cellular connection.

If that’s the case, I suggest either moving some of your wallets to other devices or using an Electrum server with a higher rate limit configuration (you may need to run your own).

Thanks, I'll try it and write back here if it solved my issue or not
