Provide a Link to the Release Notes When Updating Packages

I appreciate Nuxtr's ability to keep me updated on new dependency versions. However, manually searching for each package's "Releases" page on GitHub for minor and major updates is tedious. It would be much more convenient if Nuxtr displayed a direct link to the Releases page next to the package name and new version within the dependency update modal.
