Can I change the new page icon in package.json?

The "Google Profile.ico" in %localappdata%\app_browser\User Data\Default.
He will be replaced when my application starts. I cannot stop this process, even if I replace my icon in advance.

@meirong114 Please provide mininal repro via an index.html and package.json file on how you set/update your app icon.
