Add a discussions list on this GitHub repo?

I recently obtained some feedback from someone (new DITA XML user, converting DocBook to DITA XML) who started a new project and decided to use DITA 2.0 for it, I tried to send it to "dita-comment@lists.oasis-open.org" but the email does not work anymore. Maybe you could enable discussions on this repo:

Like I mentioned, I’ve been learning DITA as I go. I saw that DITA 2.0 added built-in elements for documenting hardware, plus the emphasis domain elements, that would be useful for me, and I did not realize how slowly DITA 2.0 was progressing. I’m afraid at this point I’ve already written about 200 topics for a different product in DITA 2.0, in addition to the content I just converted from DocBook.

I suspect I’m a fairly surface-level DITA user, so if I do run into major issues during publishing, converting back to 1.3 may primarily be a matter of mapping <hwcontrol> to <uicontrol> and nested <steps> to <substeps>.

I vote for that too. On GitHub or anywhere else (but not on Stack Exchange and others too big to be respectful). Forum based would be nice, because mailing lists are not that convenient (always receiving too much or nothing).

Just registered to try with a real question I had.

Learned it is the former DITA Yahoo Group (Yahoo Groups are now disappeared since long).

One can say he/she do not want to receive any message by mail, and still be able to read and post from the website. For new users, each posted message is moderation approved before being available. Profile can be made private, accessible to group members only, or be public.
