SARIF Logo candidate

@dmk42 in the most recent SARIF TC meeting, you had asked for ideas for a SARIF logo and here is a design submission for the same.

• It includes a "magnifying glass" scope, since SARIF is essentially that for code.
• It includes an "S" in this scope, for the S in SARIF.
• It includes both source code (text) and hex (binary) since the SARIF spec allows for both text and binary artifacts.

There's a lot that can be customized here:

• The code (for this initial draft submission) is from this OSS repo that is SARIF-related. It can be customized to any code.
• The binary (for this initial draft submission) is just random 1s and 0s. It can be the hex representation of any string (say the SARIF spec), as a fun Easter Egg.
• The background (gray) can be changed to any color.
• The use of color gradients (shiny at the top of "S" and dark at bottom) can be swapped for a monotone minimal design

Here's the same logo in minimal design. This can be used in multiple sizes, ranging from letterheads (small) to banners (large).
The code snippet is from the SARIF SDK GitHub repo.
The binary reads "SARIF", with each row reading a letter in the acronym.
