Implement the Download button

Overview

This button lives on the Control panel, and only becomes available once the user clicks the Errors report button. It is next to the "Publish", and "Save changes" actions

How it works

• It has no hover state
• OnClick, opens a drop down menu
• Prototype link to see behavior

• The drop down menu, takes the existing default & hover styling of the context menu
