np.NaN bug

Hi Team,
I was just testing out the program, and I found that I needed to switch np.NaN to np.nan in line 102 on dataset.py to get it to work. Also, line 101 on trainer.py needed "squared=False" removed. Both seem to be minor depreciation issues. Hope this helps! Thanks,
