Migrate Jiter to no_std

To consider:

- thiserror and defmt
- ban std::String if any
- make escape decoding public
- parametrize Tape
- try no vectors (I hope "Tape" is the only one)

Afterwards:

- proof that it works
- ask in a forum for embedded devs
- docs of the streaming json
