Can't retrieve feed updates now.

Recently my Feedly Notifier can't retrieve feed updates,
I want to know how Feedly Notifier connect to server?
I'm using proxy with Switchy Omega to access website outside China in Chrome.
Accessing feedly website and feed page is no problem.

Probably the proxy blocks the requests or something.
I'll try to reproduce the issue, but it seems like it's some kind of misconfiguration of the proxy/network.
The network-related stuff in the extension wasn't changed for two years.

So the traffic goes through proxy as usual? This happens recently. I am using proxy over two years for website outside China.
