How can i add text to a Smart Image Component

(First of all, i'm not good writing english, so sorry if I have mistakes in the text)
I'm now using the template as my personal portfolio, i also have a gallery.
I was looking for new ideas and I discovered (in @lorant-one 's portfolio) that it is possible to add descriptive texts in Smart Image components, but I don't know how to do it.
