Error service "ext-cloudf lared" to be "up"

I followed the instructions and after I ran command task bootstrap:talos , at the screen of control plane node and worker keep send this message service "ext-cloudf lared" to be "up"
I also checked

Do not use the talos cloudflared system extension. As the readme states some Talos extensions required extra configuration.

I have recreated another ISO file without cloudflared, but when I continue running it, I still encounter the error shown in the attached image.

I have tried deleting and recreating everything multiple times, but the error keeps occurring. Do you have any video that demonstrates the deployment process step by step? Also, is deploying on a VM significantly different from deploying on a bare metal server?
