The security scan identifies that the "github.com/golang/protobuf" packages have reached end-of-life.
The "github.com/golang/protobuf v1.5.3 // indirect" is referenced on "https://github.com/onosproject/onos-lib-go/blob/master/go.mod" and this package requires an update to use appropriate package version from "google.golang.org/protobuf".
