Upgrade from Nashorn to GraalJS.  Appears to work in single user mode.  I don't have another person to test with yet.

Please integrate my GraalJS changes.  Feel free to grab your own version of GraalJS jars

Note that there are still issues with the WebSocket being closed??? I'm not sure if it should be closed or not?
