In het upload veld zie je momenteel alleen hoeveel MB het bestand mag zijn. Dat veld aanpassen zodat je ook kan zien welke type file format je mag oploaden. Misschien kan de tekst dynamisch zijn op basis van welke bestands format je hebt aangewezen in het formulier (back-end)
