Possible to create resizable and nested groups? Also possible to add custom group "toolbars"? #528

Suggestion

Was wondering if it's possible to do any of the following:

  • Have a group inside a group. For example, you can imagine a large control panel with smaller control panels inside of it
  • Create a resizable group. I know the Resizer doesn't seem to work on Groups, only Nodes. But is there some other way to make a group dynamically resizable? Is it possible to make a group dynamically expand when you drag elements inside of it past the edge?
  • Create custom styles and designs for a group, or adding custom functionality, e.g. using an opaque background color or adding a toolbar to the top.

I looked through the docs, but found two different versions of the functionality I was looking for, e.g. https://svelvet.mintlify.app/components/resizer and https://www.svelvet.io/v6/ResizableNodes. Which one should I use? Either way I wasn't sure if these features were supported on Groups. I would be immensely grateful if you could provide some clarity!

@kenneth-ge Just as I stumbled on it - this is no solution but an alternative:
