Write a blog post announcing the first release of opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation

Since we've completed everything for milestone 1, I think we should be able to make the first 0.1 release and announce the project. It would be great if we can do this before KubeCon NA 2025, since we have 2 separate talks accepted at the main track with OBI.

One thing that we may need to complete is publishing of the Helm chart open-telemetry/opentelemetry-helm-charts#1704.

@grcevski i think the first release is a prerequisite the helm chart release, since they are expecting a stable image tag.
as soon as we have that im hoping we can merge it quickly

Are we ready to release the 0.1 release of ebpf instrumentation ? Do we have any planned timelines/ roadmap for releasing ?
